In areas with mature trees gutters need cleaning more often, as leaf litter can cause blockages and allow organic matter to build up. Over time airborne seeds caused quite a severe blockage that we were able to clear out and repair. Jobs like this can prevent a lot of expensive damage, but the difficulty for the homeowner is reaching them.
